Prompt service and accurate orders are a primary consideration. IMA will make every effort to ship products within 1 business days after receipt of payment. This can vary on our larger items that require hand assembly.We carefully package each item to insure that they will not be damaged during shipping.
Tracking numbers are provided with each shipment and insurance is available. IMA will notify the customer when the product ships and/or if there is going to be a delay in shipping.
We only use the United States Postal Service for all our shipping. Depending on the weight of the item(s) we usually offer FIRST CLASS, PRIORITY, AND NEXT DAY SERVICE. Below are average estimated delivery times for these three levels of service in the continental US.
