Our unique products are MADE IN THE USA to our exact specifications and we closely inspect each to insure they meet our high standards.We use high grade T-6061 aluminum on our milled parts and stainless steel on our bolts and hardware. Our chrome is triple plated and we use industrial quality powder coat on our black finished items.

- All returns must be sent pre-paid postage.
- All returns must be sent directly back to RETURNS at Innovative Motorcycle Accessories, 1704 Hanover Dr. Richardson, Tx 75081
- Package the returned items properly when shipping merchandise back to us, please wrap the part(s), place in a sturdy box and secure with tape. Do not leave the part(s) loose in the package. Parts scratched or damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.
- Return the parts within 21 days of receipt unless other arrangements have been made. All returns must be in re-sellable or like new condition.
- Defective parts or parts sent to you in error will be exchanged or refunded in full. Returns after the 21-day return period will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.

INNOVATIVE MOTORCYCLE ACCESSORIES is an LLC Corp. Except as may be expressly set forth in the product invoice, we make no representations or warranties as to any of the products distributed by us, expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We advise that all installation be performed by an authorized mechanic. We have no control over the usage of any part. We expect our customers to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part. We assume no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind or consequential damages whatsoever. All matters shall be interpreted under Texas law. All merchandise distributed by us is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship only. Final decision will be made in a just and prompt manner. Replacement will be limited to parts only and does not include labor claims of any type. If the manufacturer has a written warranty, it will be included with the item you purchased. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from design and manufacture and testing of its products and we accept no liability for such damages. We shall not be liable for labor or consequential damages.
